KAMP partnered with adidas Originals at ComplexCon 2025 to debut Star City, a tripped-out activation celebrating adidas’ groundbreaking collaboration with streetwear brand Hellstar. 

Reimagined as an otherworldly LA retail plaza, the immersive funhouse fused blacklight, graffiti, wheatpaste posters, and surreal ooze to create one of the most talked-about moments of the weekend and massive demand for the collab Superstars. Fans entered for exclusive product access and live customization by in-house airbrush and screen print artists, earning Star City top honors for Best Booth Design and Best Collab at ComplexCon 2025.

Fans moved through a black-lit marketplace featuring the adidas x Hellstar capsule, then into a spray-painted alley where exclusive pieces were purchased through walk-up deli windows. Each purchase was finished live by Hellstar airbrush artist Miles Franklin, whose work also covered the walls, turning every item into a one-of-one from Star City.

We partnered with Papi Juice, a Brooklyn-based art and music collective that celebrates queer and trans PoC through community-oriented events. Together, we captured vibrant imagery of a chosen-family gathering that embraces celebrating as you are.

KAMP and Uber Eats formed a posse and rode into the 2025 Calgary Stampede to deliver deals and old west delight to all the cowpokes.

Rodeo fans moseyed through the Get Almost, Almost Anything General Store for a chance to rope prizes, wrangle Stampede themed Uber Eats swag, snap plenty of pics, and scan the shelves of sundries (Coyote Brew, anyone?) to find deep discounts on grocery and food delivery. Giddy up and yeehawww!

Guests explored the shelves to hunt down QR codes placed on product throughout the space. When scanned, the codes dropped discounts for restaurant and grocery delivery on Uber Eats so hungry rodeo-goers could rustle up some grub after the Stampede.

We invited influencers to tour the General Store, try their hand at ring toss, and take full advantage of the many photo ops in the space. Content of the experience flooded social feeds, cementing the activation as a must-visit during the Stampede for fun, rodeo goodies, and plenty of deals on Uber Eats delivery.

At the start of 2024, adidas tasked KAMP with developing a narrative throughline telling the story of their partnership with superstar KC Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The positioning took shape across multiple touch points throughout the year, coming to life in activations, cultural moments, and a partnership with Texas Tech University.

KAMP set a clear path that was used to elevate the partnership's presence in football and popular culture at large.

The creative positioning sat under the messaging of “Harmony in Chaos” - a representation of Mahomes competing at the highest level of sport while conquering pressure with boundless joy for the game.

Returning to Mahomes' alma mater Texas Tech, KAMP ignited fans by unveiling a massive 45’ x 90’ “It’s Showtime” tifo across the student section. The banner featured an image of Mahomes debuting the new Texas Tech adidas Galvanized jersey in solidarity with the team suited up on the field. 

The stadium exploded with excitement during the reveal which was amplified nationally via a Fox Sports broadcast.

Drawing on Mahomes' passion for F1 racing, KAMP made a big splash in London during the British Grand Prix with a huge CGI OOH stunt. KAMP recreated a 3D model of the Mahomes II Race Against Time colorway and strung them over iconic London landmarks like Big Ben and the Tower Bridge. The resulting larger-than-life digital stunt blurred reality, driving buzz on social and pushing the shoe into the cultural conversation.

In celebration of Diageo brands on Uber Eats, KAMP delivered winter magic and seasonal spirits with the gift of song, curated cocktails, and the holiday icon himself, Macaulay Culkin.

Uber Eats customers across five cities got the chance to order real life carolers to their door, who serenaded them with song while delivering a custom holiday basket filled with everything needed to make seasonal cocktails and treats.

The holiday spirit spread far and wide, with the festive deliveries capturing attention across social, traditional media, and even The Tonight Show.

Days before the premiere of the highly anticipated second season of Severance, KAMP collaborated with Apple TV+ to bring the world of Lumon Industries to the middle of NYC’s Grand Central Station.

A large glass cube containing a fully staffed and working office surprised daily commuters. At the end of day one, the stars of Severance showed up unannounced to staff the office themselves. For three hours, Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Zach Cherry, Tramell Tillman, and Patricia Arquette appeared in-character as their “innies," going about tasks, participating in team building exercises, and refining numbers at their work stations.

Built using actual props from the series’ iconic set, the stunt operated for 18 hours over the course of two days, continuously drawing huge crowds who couldn't look away. The stunt went viral, creating massive buzz across social and beyond.

For the 2025 launch of Topps’ flagship baseball release, KAMP delivered an out-of-the-park 360° campaign turning retro card art into a spectacle for baseball fans and collectors alike. Starring MLB superstar Aaron Judge, Topps celebrates his ever-expanding career along other rising icons of the game.

KAMP took the Series 1 cover card reveal to the next level with a larger-than-life surprise stunt. Under the ruse of a photoshoot, Aaron Judge unwittingly stepped in front of a 360° Volume Screen playing accolades from die-hard Yankees fan Spike Lee and past Series 1 cover star, Ronald Acuna Jr. KAMP caught the moment in a behind-the-scenes video of Aaron's surprise as he saw his cover card for the very first time.


A campaign launch film was also created to build excitement around the upcoming season and the superstars that make the cards essential to collectors. Using in-game highlights, KAMP placed stars of the game in giant scale throughout the skylines of their team cities, showing that Topps Series 1 is truly larger than life.

Adidas partnered with the iconic nu metal band KoRn for a capsule collab fed by three decades of heavy rock history. To celebrate the launch, adidas tapped Kamp to create a takeover of the brand's Melrose location for the ultimate fan shopping experience. 

Showcasing KoRn’s personal memorabilia that inspired the partnership, Kamp designed and built an in-store, career spanning archival display to house the new collection.

Pulling inspirations from KoRn's groundbreaking 1996 record Life is Peachy, the build featured the band's original artwork and apparel designs from frontman Jonathan Davis. In addition, Kamp created a custom "speaker stack" couch where the band conducted in-store interviews and press.

Along with covering exterior signage with custom banners highlighting KoRn's years long love affair with the Three Stripes, the first 50 fans shopping the new collection received a custom KoRn poster signed by the band.

Paramount+ tapped KAMP to create a killer OOH stunt to help launch their new prequel series, Dexter: Original Sin. Using a mix of IRL and CGI tactics, KAMP blurred reality and created a viral global announcement that had audiences all wrapped up.

By integrating the series' iconic plastic wrap into the actual OOH, KAMP created a simple yet eye-catching execution that immediately reads Dexter. 

On the ground activations were dropped into Miami, NYC, and Venice Beach, drawing fans and passersby towards a shocking installation that made clear that Dexter was back to his old game. The idea was so strong that what started as a USA only campaign turned into a worldwide expansion, as Paramount+ partners around the globe were dying to get in on the fun.

KAMP's in-house team of 3D, motion, and VFX artists brought the idea to a massive scale by wrapping famous structures around the world in lifelike plastic wrap. The CGI renders dropped the same day as the IRL activations, leading to fervent speculation across the internet as to what was real and what was ruse. 

Real or not, the viral stunt made Dexter fans bloodthirsty for more.

Everything started with the announcement: Travis Hunter is signing with adidas. Always one to keep it authentic, Travis took to his YouTube channel to reveal the deal to his diehard fans first before the bombshell announcement dropped on 
social media.

As a way to give love back to his hometown, KAMP developed a Heisman activation stunt in Boulder, CO. In true "The Hunter" style, Travis pulled up on a chromed-out tractor to an adoring crowd of fans, who were treated to his favorite local wing joint, signed giveaways, and photos with the man himself.
